Chinese veg noodles

Ingredients
Chinese hakka noodles - 2 slab
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 2 tbsp (optional)
Pepper pd - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Veggies
Beans  - 4 to 5
Carrot - 2 or 3
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Onion - 2
Chopped garlic - 3 to 4
Green chilli -  3 to 4 
Oil  - 3 to 4 tbsp

Preparations of noodles
Step - 1cut  the veggies and keepaside
Step - 2
Take a kadai boil 5 to  6 glass of water ,add
hakka noodles,apinch salt and 1 tbsp oil let it boil for sometime,don't over boil and make them mushy.

Step - 3after it is cooked ,drain the noodles rinse them in cold water and apply oil to prevent them from turning sticky.
Step - 4In the same kadai add oil onion,garlic  green chilli saute nicely on ahigh flame.
Step - 5Add the veggie fry on a high flame veggie should not be overcooked it should be crunchy.
Step - 6after frying add sauce item ,salt , sugar and pepper pd mix it well.
Step - 7next add the noodles mix well.after adding the noodles use this type of picker
So that all the veggies and sauce will nicely mix up with noodles and it is easy also
Step - 8chinese noodles is ready to serve
Step - 9serve this hot spicy yummy noodless with sauce .
