pav bhaji

Ingredients
Onion - 3 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 2 ( chopped)
Ginger garlic - 3 tbsp
Kasurimethi - 1 tbsp( crushed)
Capcium - 2 ( chopped)
Boiled veggies  - (carrot,peas,potato, cauliflower)
Garamasala - 1 tsp
Chillipd - 2 tbsp
Turmeric pd - 1 tsp
Pavbhaji masala 2 tbsp
Salt - as required
Butter - 3 to 4 tbsp
Chopped coriander - 1/2 cup

Preparation :
Step - 1
First boil the veggies and blanch the cauliflower and keepaside.
Step -2
Heat a pressure pan add butter,ginger garlic paste saute for a min in a low flame add crushed kasurimethi and chopped onions.
Step - 3saute the onion nicely till slight brown color next add the chopped capcium saute it.add tomatoes saute till all nicely blend and becomes mushy.
Step- 4Add all the spice pd except pav bhaji masala and mix it nicely till all the masala get blend and raw smell goes .
Step -5Add the veggies ,salt and mash it with masher.add 2 cups of water and mix
Step - 6After mixing nicely add pavbhaji masala and butter lastly add the chopped coriander and give a boil and transfer to serving boil garnish with chopped coriander an onion.

Step - 7sreve this hot spicy bhaji with toasted pav
