chayote chutney

ingredients:
Chow Chow - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Dry redchilli - 7 to 8
Uradal - 1 tsp
Bengal gram dal - 1 tsp
Curryleaves -  few
Tamarind - small piece
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seed - 1tsp
Salt - to taste

Preparation:
Step - 1
Cut the Chow Chow ,onion and tomato onto medium size.
Step - 2
Heat kadai add little oil and fry uradal,channadal and dry redchilli to a nice golden color on a low flame and keepaside
Step - 3 Then slightly stir fry the onion and tomato

Step - 4
slightly saute the Chow Chow.
Step - 5Bring all the ingredients to the mixer jar including tamarind and salt and grind into fine smooth paste without adding water.
Step - 6In a kadai heat oil add mustard seed, curry leaves,hing when it splutters add the grounded paste to the tempering add little 
Water according to the chutney consistency and bring to one boil and switch of the gas.
Step - 7serve this spicy chutney with hot idlis.
