Vanilla cake

Ingredients

Maida - 1 1/2 cup

Milk - 1 cup

Butter - 1/2 cup

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

Salt  - a pinch

Sugar powder - 1 cup

THIS IS AN EGGLESS CAKE RECIPE

Preparation:-

Before the preparation of cake pre - heat the microwave oven for 10 min at 180degree

Step - 1 

Take a bowl add sugar powder and butter whisk to smooth cream batter

Step - 2

Add milk and mix it nicely 

Step - 3

seive maida,baking powder baking soda and salt directly to the wet ingredients.

Step - 4

mix the batter to a cake consistency.dont over mix the cake

Step - 5

Grease the cake tin with butter and dust with maida.

Step - 6

Transfer the batter to the tin and tap the cake tin on the counter top 

Step -7

Bake the cake in the pre- heated oven for 30 to 35min.

Step - 8

vanilla songe cake is ready to serve and eat
