choco-fruity cake


Ingredients
Maida - 1 1/4 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Banana - 2
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Tuttifrutti - 4 tbsp (coat with little maida)
Chocochips - 1/4 cup
Salt - a pinch
Oil - 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Coco powder - 1/4 cup

THIS IS AN EGGLESS RECEIPE
 
Preparations

Step - 1set your pressure pan clean ,dry and fill with rock salt place a stand close the lid and preheat the pressure pan on a medium flame for 10 min.meanwhile prepare the cake batter.
Step - 2
Brush the cake tin with oil or butter.add a tsp of maida dust by spreading all sides of tin.
Step - 3
In a mixer jar add banana,sugar,vanilla essence ,oil and a pinch salt
Step - 4
Blend the mixture into cream and smoothie
Step - 5
sieve the dry ingredients maida,Coco pd,baking pd,baking soda.gradually add milk and blend the batter to smooth with no lumps don't over beat the batter .
Step - 6transfer the batter to a bowl add tuttifrutti and chocochips mix it nicely .
Step - 7Transfer to a cake tin tap it on the counter top so that  no air bubbles form.
Step - 8place the cake tin in the pressure pan close the lid and cook on a low flame for 35 to 40 min.in between u can open and check.
Step - 9I needed 40 min the cake came out well
to check the cake insert a knife in the centre of cake when it comes out clean then the cake is ready.
Step - 10
 Remove the cake from baking tin and let it cool at room temperature.
Step - 11When it cools down cut an serve.
